Retained IT Support – Also known as Block of Hours Support

Retained IT is one step up from our Break Fix model. It’s not fully managed IT, but semi managed.

Our retained model is suited when you require a proactive maintanance on your servers, network and systems on a weekly or monthly bases. The occasional support telephone call. And the occasional site visit. 

Retained IT is a reactive service but proactive as well because we can include proactive tasks/maintanance to form part of the BOH agreement.

Block Of Hours – As the name suggests is multiple blocks of 60 minutes. 

Blocks can be either 10, 20, 30, 40 or 50 hours and when more blocks are purchased the greater the discount is given.
