Q: I’m a small business in London. Why should I come to you?

A: We can offer you IT consultancy, ad-hoc IT support and a contracted out help desk with one of our business partners. Our rates are low and fit startups that require a minimal amount of IT support or just need a 3rd line engineer.

Q: What is your background?

A: Our founder Daniel trained as a broadcast engineer within commercial radio. Went on to work within the sports and stadium sector as an IT manager.

Q: Are you insured ?

A: Yes. We are insured through Markel International.


Q: What are your core working hours?

A: Monday to Friday 8:00 – 18:00, although very happy to work outside these hours including weekends and public holidays.

Q: Do you send out contracts?

A: All depends on the works. Generally we provide digital contracts to service providers and end users. The service we use is called signable, check it out its very good!

Q: What accounting software do you use?

A: We provide services and as a general rule don’t sell any hardware, we leave this to the major suppliers to handle.
