Q: I’m a small business in London. Why should I come to you?

A: We can offer you IT advice, ad-hoc IT support and a contracted out help desk with one of our business partners. Our rates are low and fit startups that require a minimal amount of IT support or just need a 3rd line engineer.

 

Q: Are you insured ?

A: Yes. We are insured through Markel International.

Q: What are your core working hours?

A: Monday to Friday 8:00 – 18:00. Although services can booked by appointment for weekends and public holidays.

 

Q: Do you send out contracts?

A: It all depends on the works. Generally we provide digital contracts to service providers and end users.

 

Q: We are an agency and use contractors like you for project, how do we get in touch?

A: We welcome recruitment agencies and and professional services companies for outside IR35 work only. Please email [email protected]

Q: What areas do you work?

A: We try to stay within London TFL zones 1-3. A rate can be provided outside this area.

 

Q: I’m confused, what do you sell?

A: We provide services and as a general rule. We sometimes sell hardware to current cilents but we are not a typical reseller.
